Terms & Conditions for Premium Membership
The term "You" refers to Artists, Artisans, Vendors etc.

Choosing "Minasmart Trio" or "Minasmart Circle" does not mean that you cannot display or sell your creations independently or through any other third party of your choice.

Upfront Subscription Fee Payment
​
All Payments are accepted and made through PayPal. All products will be priced in US$
​
An invoice for the subscription fee will be raised by Minasmart after acceptance of the sales target and completion of the negotiation process with you (if required) to fix the final sales target.
​
Sales Target will be accepted taking into consideration the price range of your products and negotiated accordingly (if required) to fix the final sales target.
​
After the subscription invoice is paid by you, the premium subscription plan will get activated within 24 hours.
​

You will get an exclusive page in your name or your business firm's name. All your products will be displayed exclusively in that page of our website.
​
​
Sales Payout will be made within 2 business days of receiving the tracking id number of the consignment/shipment from you as Minasmart has a drop - shipping policy. Orders received through Minasmart must be shipped using a trackable courier/postal service.
​
Comprehensive pre- and post-sales service will be done by Minasmart for customers. Includes answering any queries related to your products, Objection handling, retention etc.

You are under no obligation to renew your premium subscription. Subscriptions are not auto renewed.
If you decide to cancel your subscription then a standard negotiation & retention process will be followed by Minasmart before cancelling your subscription or initiating a refund. Please allow 3 business days to process any refund amount which is mutually agreed upon after the standard negotiation & retention process.

Artists/Artisans/manufacturers/Vendors are requested to work in good faith and maintain the following parameters:

Notification
​
All notifications are required to be sent as brief emails unless specified otherwise.
​
Artists/Artisans/Manufacturers/Vendors must notify Minasmart about the order shipment status along with the tracking ID at the earliest.
​
Notify us at the earliest about any unforeseen events which could delay the shipping process.
​
Notify us immediately in case of any security breach of personal data and take appropriate measures to minimize the risk.
​
Must immediately notify about any requests seeking access to or disclosure of any personal information received from Minasmart.
​
Notify us at the earliest regarding any changes in the following:

Stock of products
Discounts
Payment Method
Promotions
Cost of products
Shipping charges
Countries covered
Return/refund/exchange policy
Compliance with privacy and information security parameters
Ensure security and confidentiality of personal information
Provide accurate & detailed product information to avoid returns
Please use the Grievance Redressal Button for Creators/Vendors placed in the "about us" page of this website to submit your grievances (if any).

We may update the terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to the terms and conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.
