WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Drop-Shipping: Products will be shipped to you by the Vendors/Artists/Artisans.

​

The associated Vendors/Artists/Artisans use 3PL (3rd party logistics) mostly DTDC, Blue Dart & Trackon for domestic shipping.

 

Delivery: PAN INDIA.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

​

Payment Options include UPI & COD . Please choose UPI as your payment option until all online payment options become functional through this website.

​

SHIPPING CHARGES

​

Shipping included on all products. Shipping charges are already part of the purchase price unless stated otherwise.

​

All orders will be processed within 2 business days and delivery will be done within 7 - 10 business days from the date of purchase.

All times and dates given for delivery of products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Please note that products are shipped directly to you by the Vendors/Artists/Artisans. We do not offer any direct shipping 
facilities.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

​

If your order gets delayed due to any cause which could have been avoided/controlled by the Vendor/Artist/Artisan or any cause within our control and you decide to cancel your order as a result of the delay , you will be entitled to receive a full refund within 3 business days from the day your request for cancellation and refund is approved and processed.

RETURNS POLICY 

​

This policy is not applicable for Terracotta Jewellery products. The vendor has a no return policy for Terracotta Jewellery products

​as these products are fragile.

​

Art & Craft work is supposed to be chosen by you with the same care and intent that was applied by the Artisans to create.

In case you insist on returning the package , the following process will become applicable:
 

Returns Process

​

What are my options if I am not happy after receiving the product ?

​

We offer various alternatives to you from our retention and negotiation program which you can consider before returning the 

package. 

​

What happens If you still decide to return the product ?

​

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days from the day you receive your package. To return an item please email us at info.minasmart@gmail.com to obtain a return merchandize authorization number (RMA) and other details such as the return

mailing address of the Vendor/Artist/Artisan.

​

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

​

Do I have to pay the return shipping charges if I am not happy after receiving the product ?

​

You will be responsible to pay 50% of the return shipping charges only if you choose to decline all the alternatives provided from our retention & negotiations program.

​

Refunds

​

After receiving confirmation from the Vendor/Artist/Artisan regarding the condition of the product you have returned we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 2 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange.

​

We will notify you by email when your refund or exchange has been processed.

​

Exceptions

​

For defective or damaged product, please send us an email at info.minasmart@gmail.com to arrange a full refund or exchange.
