WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Drop-Shipping: Products will be shipped to you directly by the Artists/ Artisans/Vendors.
​
The associated Artists/Artisans/Vendors based in India use 3PL (3rd party logistics) mostly DTDC, Blue Dart & Trackon for both domestic & international shipping.

SHIPPING CHARGES
​
Shipping included on all products. Shipping charges are already part of the purchase price unless stated otherwise.

All orders will be processed within 3 business days and delivery will be done within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
All times and dates given for delivery of products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest
available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 15 days after the day we accept your order.

DISCLAIMER
Please note that products are shipped directly to you by the manufacturers/Artisans. We do not offer any direct shipping
facilities. The manufacturers/Artisans may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and
you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for
complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If your order gets delayed due to any cause which could have been controlled by us or any cause within our control and you decide to
cancel your order as a result of the delay , you will be entitled to receive a full refund within 3 business days from the day your request for cancellation and refund is approved and processed

RETURNS POLICY
​
Art & Craft work is supposed to be chosen by you with the same care and intent that was applied by the Artisans to create.
In case you insist on returning the package , the following process will become applicable:

What are my options if I am not happy after receiving the product ?
​
We offer various alternatives to you from our retention and negotiation program which you can consider before returning the
package.
​
What happens If you still decide to return the product ?
​
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the day you receive your package. To return an item please email us at info.minasmart@gmail.com to obtain a return merchandize authorization number (RMA) and other details such as the return
mailing address of the manufacturer/Artisan.
​
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
​
Do I have to pay the return shipping charges if I am not happy after receiving the product ?
​
You will be responsible to pay 50% of the return shipping charges only if you choose to decline all the alternatives provided from our
retention & negotiations program and if it is an international shipment for you.
​

Refunds
​
After receiving confirmation from the manufacturer/Artisan regarding the condition of the product you have returned we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your refund or exchange has been processed.

Exceptions
​
For defective or damaged product, please send us an email at info.minasmart@gmail.com to arrange a full refund or exchange.

Some of the products/creations are not available for worldwide delivery directly through this website. Users located outside the delivery zones for such products/creations and interested in purchasing such products/creations are requested to send an email at info.minasmart@gmail.com. Please note that products/creations are directly shipped/posted by the artists/artisans/vendors etc.
